Finding Freedom from Fear in Your Marketing

Finding Freedom from Fear in Your Marketing

Maybe you’ve just finished your coach or healing training. You’re excited! And daunted. You’ve never built a business before. Or maybe you’ve been working in your business for a while now, and you need to try something new. Perhaps you need to shift your niche or launch something significant.

Maybe you have an opportunity to partner with someone, bringing new visibility to yourself and your business. Or perhaps, you’re about to undertake something big – like the writing of a book or developing a membership site.

If you find yourself here, you may’ve wondered - at least a little - am I up to this? What if I’m not?

Remember to turn to your heart and trust it will lead you home.

Or maybe you DO create consistent content. Perhaps you write your blog routinely, but, it takes a BIG effort. "It's Monday," you think "Time to write my blog. UGH!"

If this sounds like anything you've experienced, you're not alone…

Navigating Change with Your Business

As I undergo a lot of personal transition, I’ve been thinking of the many ways in which your business may change throughout its existence and how, to remain healthy, your relationship with your business also then must shift.

Change in your business can feel scary. After all, you’ve probably already invested time, love, care or resources in it. Maybe all those things. And perhaps that investment has been significant.

Shifting feels uncertain.

On the one hand, you might be feeling excited by all the possibilities. There are new directions to head in, new clients to connect with perhaps, and you’re welcoming the transition.

On the other hand, you worry. You might be wondering…
